We are delighted that Watermoor House has been rated Good for both Safe and Well-led following our latest Care Quality Commission (CQC) inspection.
The report recognises the significant improvements made across the Home and reflects the hard work and dedication of our entire team.
Inspectors found that residents were supported by caring staff who knew them well and understood their individual needs. The report also highlighted improvements to leadership, oversight and quality assurance processes, helping to ensure that residents receive safe, effective and person-centred care.
While we are pleased with the progress recognised by the CQC, we remain committed to continuous improvement and to making Watermoor House the very best home it can be for residents and their families.
