Understanding CQC
The Care Quality Commission (CQC) is the independent regulator of health and social care services in England. CQC assesses whether services are safe, effective, caring, responsive and well-led, helping families make informed decisions about care.
At Watermoor House, we welcome independent scrutiny and use feedback from residents, families, staff and regulators to support continual improvement.
