Young Day Care Assistant

We have limited spaces for young carers aged 17 and over on Day or Twilight shifts. If you have an interest in learning about excellent care for elderly people please get in touch. We provide learning opportunities to enable carers to gain NVQ qualifications in Health & Social Care and have good opportunities for career growth. Our rates of pay are above the National Living Wage.

Care Officer

The successful applicant, currently 1 position on Days and 1 on Nights, will have experience of providing a range of care services to elderly service users. We are looking for someone who enjoys working as part of a busy team, has knowledge of observing and maintaining care compliance standards and has a positive approach to their work. We look for a minimum of NVQ2 for this position.

Care Assistant

We are interested in applications from people who have a genuine interest in caring for older people, enjoy being part of a team, and would like to learn about care standards and practice. We provide ongoing learning opportunities so please apply for an Assistant role even if you do not yet have NVQ2

BANK Carers

We have availability for carers working on a casual non-permanent basis when the need arises. If you have care experience and could be interested in supporting the excellent care offered at Watermoor House but don't have the availability for full-time work, this may be for you.
