We know it’s only just come to the end of October, but here at Watermoor House Residential Care in Cirencester, we’re already feeling the Christmas spirit, and we can’t wait to share all the fantastic Christmas activities we have lined up for our residents. Our dedicated Activity Coordinator, Alison, has been working tirelessly to ensure this festive season will be filled with joy, laughter, and cherished memories.
Here’s a sneak peek of what you can expect this Christmas at Watermoor House:
- Elvis Sings Christmas: We’ll kick off the holiday season with the smooth sounds of Elvis singing your favorite Christmas tunes.
- Christmas Meal at Beefeater – December 14th: A delightful evening of festive dining at Beefeater to savor the flavors of the season.
- Penguins Visiting – December 8th: Some adorable penguins 🐧 will be joining us, bringing a touch of wildlife magic to our home.
- School Children’s Choir: The pure voices of school children will fill our hearts with joy as they sing their favorite Christmas carols.
- Tickled Pink Theatre Company Christmas Spectacular: Prepare to be amazed by a magical Christmas show by the Tickled Pink Theatre Company.
- Salvation Army Band: The Salvation Army Band will serenade us with beautiful Christmas melodies that warm the soul.
- Christmas Fair – December 9th: Join us for a festive fair filled with holiday crafts, delicious treats, and cheerful decorations.
- Christmas Raffle: Don’t miss your chance to win fantastic prizes in our Christmas raffle!
- Christmas Party: Our staff will bring the stage to life with their performance of “Sister Act,” and we’ll have the incredible Katy Sirr singing her heart out.
- Santa is Coming!: Of course, we’ve secured a special visit from Santa himself to spread joy and hand out gifts to our residents.
