Dr Owen chairs our team of voluntary trustees of Watermoor House. Dr Owen was a founding member of the Age UK Policy Panel, board member of Age UK Gloucestershire from 2004-2012 and chair from 2005-2009. Dr Owen is the chief executive of Phoenix MRC Limited which she has led for over 20 years. She is proud to be a part of the Watermoor House family.
