Gemma helps to manage the operational day-to-day running of the home and has been at Watermoor for many years; developing a solid understanding of care as well as forging good relationships with residents and helping to maintain the family-feel environment at Watermoor House. Gemma holds an NVQ Level 3 in Health & Social Care.
