Janine has lived in the local community for over 30 years, bringing up her family in the idyllic Cotswolds and working a large proportion of her career in the care industry, mainly in management roles.
Janine has recently joined Watermoor House, following the new manager Clare Coombes from their previous home. Their good working relationship has been very successful, and both wish this to continue at Watermoor House.
Janine hopes her knowledge of the industry, will enhance the services Watermoor provides and looks forward to seeing the positive impact she can make.
