Jillian Carter spent her career working in IT for the Financial Services sector before retiring in 2018. For 5 years she was a volunteer at Prospect Hospice in Swindon on the In-Patient Unit. Her mother was a resident of Watermoor House for the last few months of her life which inspired her to join the team as a Trustee.
