Born in London, Penny had a lifetime career in teaching in the borough of Hackney. She took a Diploma in Theology at Burbeck College and became a Reader in the Church of England. On moving to Cirencester in 2005, Penny trained for Ordination and has been in service in community on a ministry team, since 2010. As part of that work, she has been visiting Watermoor House for many years. Penny is married to John and has 3 stepchildren.
