Welcome to Watermoor House

Watermoor House Residential and Respite Care Home is set in a leafy residential location in the heart of the historic market town of Cirencester, the capital of the Cotswolds. This elegant Georgian manor house with its beautifully maintained gardens is just minutes from all the amenities of Cirencester and within easy reach of both the M4 and M5 motorways.

A truly dedicated team provide 24-hour residential and respite care for up to 37 residents in a comfortable and caring environment where residents are encouraged to maintain their independence and continue to make decisions about how they wish to live their lives. Watermoor House is small enough to offer that genuine homely atmosphere where each resident is treated as part of an extended family. Our team of professionals take the time to get to know each resident, their life story and their family and friends.

We welcome anyone considering Watermoor House for residential or respite care to visit us for the day to see what life is like and meet our wonderful residents and staff. “My Mum Sylvia has been with you for quite a few years now, I believe about seven. In that time I have seen nothing but excellent care from you all. The number of times you have gone above and beyond to ensure that she received the care that she needs. Please do carry on the wonderful work that you all do and thank you on behalf of all Sylvia’s family. “

“On behalf of Eve’s family, I want to say the biggest heartfelt thank you to everyone at Watermoor. I cannot imagine how the staff could have cared for Mum during her whole stay there any better than they did. The staff at Watermoor are the best, and they should be proud to say they work there. Once again from all of Eve’s family many, many thanks to all who work so hard at Watermoor House caring for everyone who lives there.”

“My dad was resident at the home from September 15 to January 25, aged 102 years. He never wanted to go into a care home, neither did we wish it, but we have to say what excellent care my dad received. He was very happy at the home and cared for with expertise and very thoughtful and professional staff. We as a family cannot thank you enough for the care dad received in his last four months, a big thank-you to all the staff at Watermoor House care home. “
